Meat in Spanish

Ingredients

  • 600 g pork
  • 3 PCs bell pepper
  • 3 PCs tomato
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method of preparation

  • Pork wash and cut into long strips, add chopped onion half rings, salt and pepper. All quickly stir-fried over high heat and immediately remove. Scald tomatoes in boiling water, remove the skins and finely chop the pepper clean from seeds and cut into thin strips.
  • Prepared vegetables mix with pork and bake it for 20 minutes in preheated oven. Delicious meat ready to serve.
