Meat balls with vegetables


  • 250g pork
  • 250g chicken fillet
  • 250g beef
  • 2 bulbs
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 sweet pepper
  • 1 medium eggplant
  • 0.5 kg of tomato
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 slice of bread
  • 1/3 Cup olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoons of salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon allspice
  • 0.5 teaspoon Spanish grass

Method of preparation

  • Meat cuts to grind in a food processor, add a clove of garlic, an onion, a loaf of bread softened in water. Then flavoured with allspice, salt, Spanish herbs. With wet hands make balls. Dip them in the breadcrumbs. Hot paella, pour oil and fry the balls on all sides.
  • Vegetables washed and cleaned. The peppers and onions whipped with 1 cm squares in some carrots grate on medium grater. Blue mode 2-3 cm of olive oil fry the crushed clove of garlic and add the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper, toss the allspice, salt and Spanish herbs. Then, after 10 minutes, until the vegetables abrasives chopped tomatoes. Simmer for another 5-10 minutes. In vegetable mixture toss meat balls and put in oven for 15-20 minutes. Taste the dish hot.
