Lemon sorbet

Limoni sherbet


  • 120 ml lemon juice
  • 1 zest of a lemon
  • 120 ml whipped cream
  • 120 ml of milk
  • 65 g icing sugar

Method of preparation

  • All products mix, and powdered sugar, add to taste. Then everything is put into a container, preferably made of stainless steel and put in 4 or 6 hours in the freezer. Every half hour need to get the mixture out of the fridge and mix, and even better with a blender. The fact that, when freezing may form crystals, and we are in sherbet, they do not need. After 4-6 hours the sorbet is ready to eat.
