Lean dessert apples


  • 3.5 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons of a tablespoon of soda
  • 250 — 300 gr. sugar
  • 3-4 tbsp. honey
  • 2 bananas

Method of preparation

  • Take a bowl and crush it the bananas to the state puree. Add honey and sugar. The resulting slurry must be heated, until complete disappearance of sugar. Then add stem soda, whisk thoroughly. The resulting mass should change the color to a lighter one.
  • Then remove it from the heat and allow to cool to room temperature. After the mixture has cooled, add the flour to obtain a dough. The dough should be soft and slightly sticky. Then, we test a large pancake, and with the help of special moulds, squeezing out the shapes.
  • Take a baking sheet, coat it with vegetable oil and put the resulting figures. The set temperature in the oven, gas 150 gr., electric 180 gr. after 10-15 minutes the cookies will be ready.
