Lean dessert in a slow cooker


  • 1 kg apricots (ripe, soft)
  • 1 PCs orange
  • 200g sugar
  • 1G vanilla
  • 1H.l. lemon juice
  • 1 liter of purified water

Method of preparation

  • Washed and purified apricot kernels. As a soft apricot, then you need to cut it in large cubes.
  • Remove the orange from its peel and cut into cubes similar to it. Coarsely chopped fruit sprinkled with vanilla, sugar, a little lemon juice, all mix.
  • Place all fruits in a prepared slow cooker. Pour the purified water into the pot until it covered the fruit with water. The slow cooker is set in the baking mode for 60минут. Serve after cooled in small bowls.
