  • 500 gr. lamb
  • 10 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 0.5 tbsp. flour
  • salt and spices to taste

Method of preparation

  • Washed lamb cut across the grain, thickness of about 1 cm Prepared pieces repel on both sides. RUB the meat with spices and leave for half an hour to soak.
  • In a bowl add flour and expect it every piece. In another bowl, drive a egg and after the flour dip the meat in it . Then pour into a pan the oil and fry the chops on a small fire on both sides.
