Kebab of beef in the oven


  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 teaspoon Basil
  • 0.5 teaspoon chili pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 onion
  • dill

Method of preparation

  • Soak wooden skewers in water to the cooking process they are not burned. Mix together mince, finely chopped onion, dill, and Basil. Stuffing mix for 5-7 minutes and send it on for 30 minutes in the freezer.
  • With wet hands make the shape of minced meat on skewers. On a baking sheet, available bars, put the skewer with the meat. Send the pan in the oven and cook until the dish is well browned (about 20 minutes). When it is browned on both sides, the kebab you can get.
