Julienne with prawns


  • 100 grams of shrimp
  • 10 grams of butter
  • 25 grams of hard cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 2 tablespoons cream

Method of preparation

  • Boiled shrimp cut into pieces, cheese to grate on medium grater. Flour mixed with warm water and with the rest of the broth from the shrimp, add the cream, mayonnaise and stir until a thick mass. Season with salt to taste.
