Japanese soup

Ingredients

  • 350g fresh salmon
  • 100g shiitake
  • 5 peeled shrimp
  • 1 yellow carrot
  • 1 daikon root
  • 30g soy sauce
  • 3 branches of dill

Method of preparation

  • Soaked over night night mushrooms cook, pour the water. Cut in half each mushroom. The flesh of salmon should be washed, dried, cut into small squares, carrots and daikon chop cubes.
  • Salmon broth with vegetables boil for a quarter of an hour, add the sliced shiitake mushrooms, peeled shrimps and let cook for another 5 minutes, but not more,as the shrimp will become tough. Season with soy sauce and dill greens.
