  • 300g Udon noodles
  • 200g pulp chicken
  • 50g raw shiitake
  • 50g green bean pods
  • 30g butter
  • 1 skip
  • 20g rice vodka
  • 200g Dashi broth
  • 50g soy sauce

Method of preparation
