Warm the dish on 8 March


  • 200 gr. — cherry tomatoes
  • 750 gr. potatoes
  • 4 pieces fish salmon (grilled on the skin)
  • 1 PC. red onion
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Dried dill to taste
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Filling:
  • 1 tsp grainy mustard
  • 1pc. lemon (juice)
  • 1 tbsp liquid honey
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • Garnish:
  • 0.5 beam Basil
  • 1 pack watercress

Method of preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 220S. Chopped vegetables: potatoes, onion, cut into ¼ pieces. Add them to the bowl and stir, sprinkle a little olive oil. Place on ovenproof pan and bake for at least 35 minutes.
  • Slice the tomatoes in half.
  • After 35 minutes remove the pan from the oven, evenly place salmon and tomatoes, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste, dried dill, put another 12 minutes.
  • Mix in a separate bowl lemon juice, honey, mustard, olive oil, pepper, salt, 1ch.l. purified water and mix with a fork.
  • Watercress spread out on the plate after the salmon, the vegetables, pour with the dressing and garnish with Basil.
