Festive appetizer for March 8


  • 1 sheet of thin pita bread
  • 2 processed cheese
  • 200 g salted salmon
  • Sauce:
  • 200 g fat sour cream
  • 2 tbsp. lodges. lemon juice
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • dill and parsley

Method of preparation

  • Sprinkle pita with grated on a fine grater cheese. Salmon finely chop and put the second layer on the cheese.
  • In a small Cup make a sauce. Sour cream mixed with lemon juice and chopped herbs. Add squeezed garlic.
  • Fluff the sauce over the salmon and fold pitas in rolls. Before serving, roll of pita bread cut into small slices.
