  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 500 ml of milk
  • 280 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Filling:
  • 200g of hard cheese
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Mayonnaise
  • 50g walnuts

Method of preparation

  • First you need to cook pancakes. To do this, take the eggs, salt and sugar and whisk. Then add 200ml of milk and stir again. Sift flour directly into the mixture and knead until thick cream. Add the remaining milk and 3 tablespoons of oil and stir again.
  • When the dough is ready, leave it for 10 minutes and move on to preparing the filling. For this, we have to grate garlic on a cheese grater, crush the walnuts and dress it with mayonnaise. Knead well.
  • Now bake our pancakes. Be sure the first bin is poured onto a hot griddle.
  • Ready pancake folded in half and twisted in the shape of a cone. Fill our bells filling and enjoy.
  • Also this snack can be prepared another, more simple way — instead of pancakes to wrap the filling in thin slices of ham.
