Herring salad in Chinese
- pickled cucumber-1 PC
- herring-2 PCs
- soybean young
- mayonnaise (low fat) -4 large spoon
- black pepper
Method of preparation
- Take the herring and rinse well in cool, but boiled water, remove the innards, skin, bones and cut into small cubes. The egg should be cooked to hard-boiled and finely chopped, onions cut into rings.
- All carefully mix, add mayonnaise, if desired soybean sprouts, a little sugar, pepper, and trotted on top of chopped greens.
