Herring salad in Chinese


  • pickled cucumber-1 PC
  • egg
  • onion
  • herring-2 PCs
  • soybean young
  • mayonnaise (low fat) -4 large spoon
  • greens
  • black pepper

Method of preparation

  • Take the herring and rinse well in cool, but boiled water, remove the innards, skin, bones and cut into small cubes. The egg should be cooked to hard-boiled and finely chopped, onions cut into rings.
