Ham with melon
- 0.5 kg of melon
- 6-8 slices of jamón
- 2-3 tbsp olive oil
- 0.5 tsp Apple or grape vinegar
- juice of quarter lemon
Method of preparation
- Melon peel and seeds, cut into cubes or elongated cubes. Mix olive oil grape bite, and freshly squeezed lemon juice, this mixture pour the melon leave in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
