Georgian salad with walnuts


  • 200 grams of meat
  • 100 grams of Georgian cheese
  • 0,5 chili
  • 0,5 stack. walnuts
  • greens
  • spices
  • mayonnaise
  • salt

Method of preparation

  • Take 200 grams of boiled meat, cut into pieces. In less than half of Georgian cheese and grind the same cubes. Carefully cut chili pepper and remove the seeds. One half puree them in a blender and add in the bowl with the salad. Cut into small pieces half a Cup of walnuts and torn parsley. All this dressed with mayonnaise, sprinkle with salt, throw in a blend of Georgian spices and after some half hour you can eat.
