Method of preparation

  • From the beginning, thoroughly wash and dry the fruits, kiwi fruit peel, apricots and peaches to remove the stones, all the fruits cut into small pieces, leave a little bit of each for decoration. Take a large salad bowl, put the sliced, drizzle with brandy and mix, then prepare the dressing.
