Ingredients

- 300 g apricots

- 200 gr of sour cream
- 1 tsp of cognac
Method of preparation
- From the beginning, thoroughly wash and dry the fruits, kiwi fruit peel, apricots and peaches to remove the stones, all the fruits cut into small pieces, leave a little bit of each for decoration. Take a large salad bowl, put the sliced, drizzle with brandy and mix, then prepare the dressing.
- Whisk the cream with the icing sugar until it becomes a homogeneous mass without lumps, we collect the mixture in a pastry bag that would elegantly decorate.
