  • 1 tbsp. powdered sugar
  • 4 tbsp water
  • Aromatic substances
  • Food coloring to taste

Method of preparation

  • For starters, sift the icing sugar through a sieve. Pour the sifted powder to the pot and add warm water and then flavoring and stir.
  • Put it on the stove and while stirring bring the glaze to 40°. If you get the frosting too runny, add more powdered sugar and if too thick then you need to dilute with water.
  • Food coloring can make icing in any colour. It is desirable to apply the glaze immediately after its preparation. For convenience, it is better to apply with a brush. The product can be put on the grill, from the bottom to expose the tray, and pour the glaze product.
  • Products covered with sugar glaze, you can put dry in the oven 80-100°, as the glaze dries slowly.
