  • 3 florets of cauliflower
  • 3 broccoli florets
  • 200 g of mushrooms
  • 100 grams of beans Tursunoy
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 40 g of sesame oil
  • 100 g of broth
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 10 g grated ginger
  • 30 ml soy sauce
  • 5 g corn flour

Method of preparation

  • Shredded cabbage and carrot is subjected to blanching. Bean pods cut in half, mushrooms — slices, pepper strips. In a wok in hot oil, fry the garlic and ginger. After a minute add the pepper, pods, and mushrooms. After a minute, stir, sprinkle the vegetables with flour, stirring quickly to enter the broth. After it thickens add the cabbage and carrots, sprinkle with soy sauce. Quickly stir to heat for a minute.
