Omelet shrimp


  • 250 g of boiled Jumbo shrimp
  • 5 raw eggs
  • 50 ml of drinking milk
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 20 g of vegetable oil
  • salt
  • universal seasoning

Method of preparation

  • Remove the shell of boiled shrimp. Grease the sides of a large baking dish and oil the bottom. Lay shrimp in a single row. Eggs with milk, whisk until smooth, slowly add the salt, spices, flour, preventing caking. Whipped mass to pour over the shrimp.
  • Place the omelet in a hot oven for baking. After 20 minutes flip the form upside down on a flat-bottomed plate.
