Fried potatoes with liver


  • 2 large potatoes
  • 250 grams of liver
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1 onion
  • salt
  • pepper

Method of preparation

  • Peel potatoes, cut into large pieces, wash and leave to dry. Meanwhile, we cut to pieces the liver and fry in a skillet in sunflower oil. When the liver is half cooked, add the potatoes, whip the onion finely, sprinkle with salt and add spices to taste. Fry on a slow fire about ten minutes and switch off. Allow to stand for a few minutes with the lid on and serve. Tastes best served with fresh vegetable salad.
