French salad


  • 1 carrot raw
  • 1 beet boiled
  • 0.1 kg of cabbage
  • 1 large cucumber
  • 0.1 kg of walnuts
  • 0.1 kg veal
  • 250 g of mayonnaise
  • salt to taste

Method of preparation

  • Carrots beets and shred on a coarse grater. Cabbage and cucumber cut into sticks. The meat is cooked in salt water and to plane the strips.
