French omelet


  • 2 medium eggs

    (you can take 5 quail)

  • 65 g of any salty cheese
  • preferably Camembert
  • 2 g Basil
  • 25 g butter 80%
  • salt

Method of preparation

  • With the help of a blender mix the eggs, Basil, salt and milk to form a foam.
  • In a low frying pan, into preheated oil, add the egg-milk mixture, then, sprinkle with Camembert. With a spatula, after twenty or thirty seconds, turn the pancake rolls, and about fifteen seconds then, after which move served on a dish, garnish with Basil or green onions.
