French cheesecake


  • 4 eggs
  • 1200 g flour
  • 500 g of margarine
  • 0.6 kg sugar
  • 2 packs of cheese

Method of preparation

  • Margarine to soften and attach the 1.5 cups sugar and mix well. Add the flour and make crumbs.
  • Cottage cheese in a bowl, add eggs and rest of sugar, mix well. Get the filling for the tarts.
  • A baking sheet or pan sprinkle the resulting crumbs, about half. Then spread the crumbs all the stuffing spread throughout the baking dish and again sprinkle the rest of crumbs. Put in preheated oven oven for half an hour.
