French cake


  • For the dough:
  • 0.4 kg of flour
  • 0.15 kg butter
  • 180 ml of sour cream
  • 5 g of soda
  • 80 ml vegetable oil
  • For the filling:
  • 3 processed cheese
  • 3 onions
  • 3 eggs
  • 90 ml mayonnaise

Method of preparation

  • Butter shred on a coarse grater and add the flour. Pour the soda and put the sour cream, mix all and knead the dough. To deliver in the fridge for 40 minutes.
  • To make the filling: onions finely chop and fry in sunflower oil until yellow color. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Pour the eggs, add the onion and the mayonnaise. All mix well.
