Fish in a creamy sauce


  • 1 kg red fish
  • 400 g of hard cheese with a pronounced cheese flavor
  • 200 g cream 20% fat
  • dry Provencal herbs to taste
  • fresh dill to taste
  • salt and black pepper a pinch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Method of preparation

  • Grease pan or griddle with vegetable oil and spread the prepared pieces of fish. Pour all cream, salt, pepper, add spices and herbs. Fall asleep on top of grated cheese to the fish was at least half immersed in a creamy cheese mass. Bake in the oven 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
