Fish cutlets Pollock


  • 2 Pollock
  • 2 potatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 2 slices of loaf
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • salt and pepper at discretion
  • 100 g breadcrumbs
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • a bunch of parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 4 tablespoons flour

Method of preparation
