Ingredients

  • 1 kg of fish perch
  • 5 onion bulbs
  • 15 sprigs of cilantro
  • 5 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 lemon
  • 3 tomato
  • 2 Laurel
  • salt
  • black pepper

Method of preparation

  • The fish is cleaned and washed. Chop into pieces and distribute in the pan. Pour vegetable oil. Season with salt and black pepper join. Cilantro wash and finely chop, sprinkle fish. Put 3 slices of lemon. Attach the Bay leaf. Chop the tomato slices, after removing their skin, and spread over fish. Set the pan on a small fire, cover and cook 40 minutes.
