Fish balls with cheese


  • 500 g fillet red fish
  • 80 g of hard cheese
  • 2 PCs quail eggs
  • 2 tbsp of semolina
  • 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • 100 — 150 g of sunflower oil, for frying
  • salt-to taste

Method of preparation

  • Fish fillet washed, cut into pieces and grind in a blender until smooth mass. In the received forcemeat to break 2 quail eggs and add semolina, salt, mix well and leave for 10 minutes. Grate the cheese, roll out little balls.
  • From minced fish to form on the palm cake in the center of which put the pre-prepared ball of cheese carefully wrapped. The resulting meatballs and roll in breadcrumbs, dip in hot oil and fry until Golden brown. Remove the balls from frying, put on paper towels to soak excess fat.
