Festive appetizer of fish


  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 500 ml of milk
  • 280 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Filling:
  • 200g red fish
  • Lettuce
  • Sauce:
  • 4st. tablespoons milk
  • 3 tbsp vinegar (rice)
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1H.spoon wasabi
  • Spices

Method of preparation

  • Mix all the dry ingredients for the dough (flour, salt, sugar) and stir. Separately in a large bowl whisk the eggs, then append milk (200ml). Gradually in the mixture portions fall asleep flour and whisk well. In the dough pour another 300 ml of milk. In the end add 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
  • Cooking sauce:
  • While the dough rests for 10 minutes, prepare the sauce. The dip in performance is very simple. Blend all the ingredients for the sauce except the oil. Slowly add oil at the end and whisk again until thick.
  • Ready pancakes grease sauce, put a piece of red fish and garnish with lettuce leaves.
