Eggplant with cheese


  • 3 eggplant
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 6 cups of flour
  • 4 tablespoons sunflower oil
  • black pepper, salt to taste sensations
  • 200 g of soft cheese
  • 20 g parsley

Method of preparation

  • Aubergines wash, chop slices. Season with salt and pepper. Chop the garlic on a grater. Smear the eggplant with garlic.
  • Grease a baking sheet with oil and spread the eggplant, first wipe them with flour on both sides. Sprinkle the top with shredded cheese and garnish with parsley leaves and place in the oven to bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
