Egg soup with cheese


  • 2 cups broth (meat)
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 100 gr. processed cheese
  • 2 PCs chicken eggs
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 100 gr. white bread

Method of preparation

  • White bread cut into slices, which must be fried in hot butter until crisp. Processed cheese cut into slices and put them on top of each slice of bread.
  • Send the bread with cheese in the oven and bake for a bit, what would the cheese has melted.
  • At the bottom of each bowl put a slice of toasted bread with melted processed cheese on top of him to beat an egg and pour the hot broth. Serve the soup made, sprinkle it with chopped parsley.
