Eclairs with condensed milk


  • 100 ml cool

    boiled water

  • a pinch of salt
  • 100 g butter, softened
  • 200 g flour
  • 4 eggs
  • package of vanilla
  • a pinch of sugar
  • Cream:
  • 1 Bank of condensed milk

Method of preparation

  • To prepare the dough: in a saucepan put water, salt, sugar, oil and put to boil. The water boils and sift the flour, stir faster. Remove from gas. A little bit cool. Pour in eggs and stir with a wooden pestle. As the dough come off from the sides of the pan, it’s ready.
  • Pour the vanilla.
  • Grease the baking sheet with oil and transfer the dough by tablespoon to make round shape cakes. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
  • Cream to put inside cakes with a syringe without a needle, filled with condensed milk. Also can of condensed milk to pour on top of cakes.
