Easy supper for two


  • 150 gr shrimp
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 cucumber
  • 20 gr olive oil
  • 6 cherry tomatoes
  • soy sauce
  • 1 lettuce

Method of preparation

  • In a salad bowl put the chopped cucumbers, peppers and tomatoes. Shrimp stir-fried in olive oil intact. When shrimp is browned and until the end of cooking will remain a few seconds, given way to soy sauce, to taste. Prepared shrimp put in a bowl with vegetables. Then to the salad to add more olive oil and soy sauce, mix well and pour onto a plate on lettuce leaves.
