Recipe for Easter


  • 10 egg shells
  • 0.5 packs of Apple jelly
  • 0.5 packs of strawberry jelly
  • 0.5 packs of lemon jelly
  • other jelly optional
  • 180 ml of milk
  • 20 g gelatin
  • 100 g sugar
  • 5 g of vanilla sugar
  • 20 ml of water

Method of preparation

  • Pour In a Cup of gelatin, add water and place in MICROWAVE for 45 seconds (800W), stir and turn for another 20 seconds. Meanwhile, heat to 70-80 degrees the milk, add the sugar, vanilla, remove from heat and pour, stirring constantly, gelatin.
  • Prepare multi-colored jelly.
  • Pre-prepared, washed and thoroughly dried egg shells to put into the mold for egg holes up. Evenly pour into shells jelly according to the scheme: lactic, malic, citric, and then again milk, not forgetting the fact that before each new layer, the previous one should remain unchanged.
  • Put in the refrigerator for 3.5 hours, then rinse with hot water and clean the shell.
