Easter with cocoa


  • 700g dry sour cheese
  • 1.5 cups of white sugar beet
  • 1 pack of sweet cream butter
  • 150 g of sour cream 25%
  • 3 dessert spoons cocoa
  • 100g chocolate
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar

Method of preparation

  • Beat sugar with soft butter and cocoa powder. In the double-grated cheese, add vanilla sugar, combine with sour cream. Cottage cheese and oil weight to combine and mix with half the grated chocolate.
  • Fill the form mass and kept under pressure of 20-25 hours. Separated serum should be drained. Before serving, decorate with chocolate shavings.
