Easter with cocoa
Ingredients
- 700g dry sour cheese
- 1.5 cups of white sugar beet
- 1 pack of sweet cream butter
- 150 g of sour cream 25%
- 3 dessert spoons cocoa
- 100g chocolate
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
Method of preparation
- Beat sugar with soft butter and cocoa powder. In the double-grated cheese, add vanilla sugar, combine with sour cream. Cottage cheese and oil weight to combine and mix with half the grated chocolate.
- Fill the form mass and kept under pressure of 20-25 hours. Separated serum should be drained. Before serving, decorate with chocolate shavings.
