  • 1 kilogram of chickpeas
  • 5 tablespoons of honey
  • 100 grams walnut
  • 200 grams of dried fruit
  • 0.5 packs of cocoa
  • 0.5 packs of vanilla sugar
  • 150 grams of caramel color

Method of preparation

  • Leave the chickpeas in water for 6-9 hours. Dried fruits (preferably purified dried apricots and prunes) soak in hot syrup for 1-2 hours. To chop nuts.
  • The swollen chickpeas boil for 30 minutes. Drain the water and chickpeas to dry, then in a meat grinder or in a blender, carefully grind. Dried apricots and prunes and finely chop. The chickpeas add prunes, nuts and dried apricots, add honey. The whole mass knead. From dough to form balls. Each egg to throw in the sugar and then the cocoa.
  • Bake at a temperature of 183 degrees 30 minutes. Crushed candy decorating frozen eggs.
