Easter cottage cheese


  • 2 eggs
  • 550 g of cottage cheese
  • 1 Cup sugar
  • 6 tablespoons cream or sour cream
  • 200 g canned apricot
  • 0.5 Cup almonds
  • a pinch of salt

Method of preparation

  • Mix cottage cheese with egg yolks. To add to the weight half the sugar, salt and cream (sour cream), stir. At the bottom of a fireproof dish to put half of the mixture, the top layer of apricots, then again, cottage cheese. Separately whisk the remaining sugar and whites, and decorate their cake. Send the dish under the oven on. After 10 minutes, get ready Easter to decorate the top with almonds.
