Vareniki with potato vegetable
Ingredients
- 150 g of water
- 350 g flour
- 400 g of potatoes
- 100 g of onions
- 80 g carrot
- 70 g of vegetable oil
- salt
- black pepper or other spice
- dill, parsley or cilantro
Method of preparation
- Peel the potatoes and boil them in water with salt added. Carrots to RUB on a small grater, cut onion finely and passivating in sunflower oil. Half sauteed, mix with petalcingo potatoes and a pinch of black pepper or any other spices.
- From water, flour and salt knead the dough, roll it in flour (dough thickness should not exceed 3 mm). The dough with the help of glass, divided into circles. In the center of each circle put a large amount of potato filling and fasten edges (for safety and of course beauty, you can make the ruffle).
- In boiling, salted water, lower the dumplings, boil them for about twelve minutes, then lay them in a colander and then on a suitable dish. Ready-made dumplings to eat with the remaining breadcrumbs, vegetable oil in which it was cooked and chopped greens.
