Ingredients

  • 0.70 kg of oat flakes
  • 0.35 kg of raisins
  • 0.20 kg sifted flour
  • 0.20 kg wheat germ
  • 0.20 kg sugar
  • 0,10 kg vegetable oil (preferably canola)
  • 4 tbsp milk (0% fat)
  • 2 eggs
  • 25 g of soda
  • 40 g of the raw water
  • 5 g of salt
  • vanilla

Method of preparation

  • Add eggs, vanilla, raisins and raw water. Wait 15 minutes until the raisins will get soggy. Then add the remaining ingredients: sugar, rapeseed oil, oat flakes, wheat flour, wheat germ, soda, salt and milk (0% fat), mix everything and knead the dough.
  • Of the test to wind balls (30 – 32), the balls pass on to the baking tray, which should be send with foil. Bake them about 15 minutes (200°C).
