Dessert with Savoiardi


  • 200 gr. Savoiardi
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 150 gr. butter
  • 500 gr. ricotta
  • 2 tbsp cocoa
  • 200 g of sugar
  • 15 gr. vanilla sugar

Method of preparation

  • To prepare dessert it is better to use a rectangular shape with high sides. Wrap it with plastic wrap. You need to pre-wet the Savoiardi in the syrup (3 tbsp. sugar per Cup of water) – wet need a quick movement to the cookies are limp.
