Dessert with pear


  • 5 pears
  • 1 protein
  • 7 teaspoons of sugar
  • 10 pieces of hazelnut
  • Cashew nuts 100 g
  • 1 tile dark chocolate

Method of preparation

  • Pears wash and do them in half. Cut the pear. Make meringue of the egg whites — first, good lather, and then add the sugar and carefully beat with a mixer. Spread meringue into a «nest» of the pear. Then, place the hazelnuts. Cashews RUB on a small grater and sprinkle on top of meringue. Grate on top of meringue on a fine grater chocolate.
  • The dessert is ready. Eat immediately, otherwise pear will turn black, and the cream will turn into an opposite condition, that is, in protein.
