Ingredients

  • 100 gr. milk
  • 70 ml of liquid honey
  • 400 gr. ice cream
  • 150 gr. whipped cream
  • 100 gr. dark chocolate
  • cherry in syrup
  • walnut kernels
  • fruit optional

Method of preparation

  • Before cooking let it cool outlets (bowl of ice cream). To do this, they first need to put in the freezer for about an hour. While the outlet is cooled, prepare the nuts. Clean them, put kernels in boiling water for a few minutes and then remove the skins. Finely chop the nuts and spread evenly on the cooled their sockets.
  • Then mix with milk chocolate, pre-rubbed on a coarse grater, and the resulting mixture was heat in a water bath. Chocolate chips have completely dissolved.
  • Put in the socket for 3 scoops of ice cream and pour them on top of the liquid honey. Before serving, garnish the intricate patterns of warm chocolate with milk and whipped cream.
