  • 200 gr white chocolate
  • 50 grams of butter
  • 100 ml of 35% cream
  • 150 grams fine coconut flakes
  • 30 pieces of almond

Method of preparation

  • Mix butter, cream and broken into pieces white chocolate. Melt everything in a water bath. Give mass to cool. Then chill in refrigerator 3 hours.
  • Pour the nuts with boiling water, peel and dry on a napkin.
  • Add to the chocolate mixture, 50 grams of coconut and sculpt this mass of small balls. In each ball to insert one almond and breaded in coconut. Put in refrigerator until firm.
