  • 2pcs. medium onion
  • 1kg boned filets
  • 100ml. home milk
  • 100gr. soft loaf
  • 250gr. lard
  • 2pcs. eggs
  • Salt, pepper added to taste
  • Breadcrumbs

Method of preparation

  • All of the ingredients, namely bacon, filets, onion, chop, and grind in a meat grinder.
  • Add in minced fish minced salt and pepper, and a loaf of bread, previously soaked in homemade milk and carefully pressed. Lepim patties and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. The duration of cooking fish cutlets for about 20 minutes, or 15 minutes at 2000 C the oven.
