Cutlets from the liver


  • 400 g beef liver
  • 100 g pork (e.g., bacon)
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 50 g oat flakes
  • 50 ml of milk
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • For the sauce:
  • 1 large onion
  • 150 ml sour cream
  • water
  • Salt

Method of preparation

  • Pour cereal with milk and allow to infuse for about 20 minutes. Grind In a meat grinder beef and pork and add chopped garlic. Combine the cereal with the received forcemeat. Salt, pepper to taste. Stir until smooth and fry in a pan (3 minutes on each side).
  • Fry in vegetable oil onion and spread on top of burgers.
  • Sour cream diluted with water, potseluem and pour the contents of the pan. Stew on the fire, covered with a lid for 15 minutes.
