Cutlets from cabbage

  • 1 kg white cabbage
  • 4-5 tbsp flour
  • 1 piece egg
  • vegetable oil
  • salt

Method of preparation

  • Cabbage to wash, cut into four roughly equal size pieces, dipped in salt water. After boiling water to cook the cabbage for about another 5 minutes. Cabbage should be soft. Put it in a colander, drain the water, cool, squeeze. Then it must be mince, add 1 egg, 5 tablespoons flour and salt. Mix well the obtained meat. From stuffing to form patties, fry them well on each side. Cutlets from cabbage is best served with sour cream.
