  • 300 g of crab meat
  • 1 thin pita bread
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 4 pen green onions
  • 1 onion
  • 3 eggs
  • a pinch of salt and black pepper
  • 200 ml mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Method of preparation

  • Eggs to boil for 10 minutes. Cool, peel and chop. Onions to chop and extinguish on vegetable oil. Green onions finely chop and add to the eggs.
  • Crab meat chop, add mayonnaise, chopped garlic and pour in the eggs. Add salt, pepper.
  • Take the pita bread and stuff the prepared ground. To roll the roulade. Chill for three hours in the refrigerator. Then cut into portions and eat.
