  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 1 piece chicken eggs
  • 130 g of butter
  • 60-70 g of walnuts
  • 120 ml condensed milk
  • 1 tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 40-50 g of coconut flakes

Method of preparation

  • The release of the egg from the shell, put in a deep plate. Add sugar, soda, pre-quenched with vinegar, mix well. Oil slightly melt. Then he and flour, add to the bowl with the egg mixture. Knead the dough, chill it in the refrigerator for 60 min.
  • Nuts are a filling for cookies. Walnuts can be replaced by peanuts, hazelnuts or almonds.
  • Get the chilled dough. Pinch off a piece, make a cake in the middle to put the nut, to form a small ball.
  • Use all the dough. Balls with nuts inside to put in a form that is pre-lubricated with oil. Bake the workpiece in the oven for 20 minutes. Baked balls dipped in condensed milk, sprinkle them with coconut shavings. Memorable sweet dessert is ready.
