Cookie biscuit


  • 3 eggs
  • 90 g flour
  • 20 g butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • 30 g icing sugar
  • a pinch of salt

Method of preparation

  • Carefully RUB the yolks with 75 gr. sugar, gradually adding flour (75 g). Salt. In another bowl, beat egg whites with electric mixer to produce a stiff foam. Carefully mix the yolk mass with beaten egg whites.
  • Heat the oven to 150°. Remove the baking sheet and thoroughly grease with butter, on top lightly sprinkled with flour. Squeeze on a baking sheet the dough in the form of sticks with a length of about 10cm confectionery syringe (the diameter of the hole should be approximately 14 mm). If syringe is not at hand, use a clean plastic bag after cutting off the area.
  • Sprinkle the cookies with sugar, mixed with powdered sugar. At the same sprinkle twice – the second time 10 minutes later, when the first layer of sugar has slightly dissolved. Bake until the cookies have turned Golden brown. The resulting biscuits to leave for the night on the table – they need to dry up a little before use.
